An always eccentric Nicki Minaj was spotted making an arrival in Sydney, Australia this afternoon (May 15) to a swarm of screaming fans.

The “Superbass” singer quickly posed with fans as she toted her rolling luggage dressed in cheetah print rainboots and a bright pink jacket while tweeting, “Australia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

In other news, according to Confidential the 29-year-old performer has made some specific requests for her Aussie tour including contact lens solution, 12 cans of Red Bull and 24 bottles of Snapple.

She also requires sugary treats in the form of Belgian waffles, which should come laced with syrup, powered sugar, whipped cream and butter. The most important addition is “lots of wings,”

Nicki Minaj gets her hands on Chris Brown in the first still from her video for “Right By My Side,” their hit collaboration off Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. The rap diva revealed the image on Twitter and announced that the Benny Boom-directed clip will premiere by the end of this week.

“Its FuckTastic & Raw #noPauzNeeded,” Nicki told her Barbz.

She has also added three more dates to the North American leg of her “Pink Friday” tour including Washington, D.C. at Constitution Hall on July 21, New Orleans at Lakefront Arena on July 27, and Los Angeles at Nokia Theatre on August 5. Tickets go on sale May 19.

Nicki Minaj was queen of the night at KIIS FM’s Wango Tango at the Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif. on Saturday. Decked out in all white with Air Force 1 sneakers, the blonde Barb put on a royal performance following sets from J. Cole, B.o.B, Wiz Khalifa, and Big Sean. She opened with “Roman Holiday” before delivering cleaned-up versions of “Did It On’em,” “I Am Your Leader,” and “Beez in the Trap.”
Nicki will headline several other radio concerts across the country before kicking off the European leg of her “Pink Friday” tour in early June. She will return to the U.S. in July for more dates.

NICKI MINAJ, RICK ROSS, J. COLE, & BIG SEAN ANNOUNCED AS HOT 97 SUMMER JAM PERFORMERS

It’s going to be a hot summer. Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross and his Maybach Music family, J. Cole, and Big Sean are among the performers for this year’s Hot 97 Summer Jam.

The star-studded lineup was announced today and includes Waka Flocka Flame, French Montana, Maino, Tyga, 2 Chainz, Mavado, Young Jeezy, Trey Songz, Wale, Meek Mill, and DJ Khaled and friends. The New York radio station-hosted show will take place on Sunday, June 3, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Wale and Big Sean showed up during the live announcement. “We gon’ rock that main stage,” said the G.O.O.D. Music rapper, who performed “My Last” with Chris Brown last year.

The concert will kick off with performances from A$AP Rocky, Pusha T, Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, Big K.R.I.T., and Fred the Godson, who will perform on the Festival Village stage.

The hip-hop fest has featured memorable appearances in the past from Michael Jackson, who joined Jay-Z onstage, as well as Eminem, Kanye West, and the late Notorious B.I.G.

Nicki Minaj gets it poppin’ for Pepsi in her brand new commercial for the soft drink maker. In the first official image from the campaign, the platinum Barbie holds a can of Pepsi while posing as a space cadet.

The commercial entitled “Now in the Moment” features a newly remixed version of Minaj’s hit single “Moment 4 Life” and will debut Monday, May 7 as part of Pepsi’s “Live for Now” global campaign. She filmed the spot in Argentina earlier this year.

[NEWS] NICKI MINAJ ANNOUNCES NORTH AMERICAN ‘PINK FRIDAY’ TOUR DATES

Nicki Minaj is painting the town pink. After opening for Lil Wayne and Britney Spears last year, hip-hop’s reigning queen will headline her first tour in North America this summer.
The 14-date “Pink Friday” trek will kick off July 16 in Chicago, traveling to Detroit, Atlanta, Miami, Houston, and Seattle, currently wrapping August 12 in Vancouver. Tickets for the Live Nation-produced event go on sale starting Friday, May 4.
In addition to her solo dates, the “Starships” rapper will play several radio shows including Wild 94.9’s Wild Jam in San Francisco on May 10, 102.7 KIIS FM’s Wango Tango in L.A. on May 12, Wired 96.5 Fest in Philadelphia on June 1, Jam’n 94.5 Summer Jam in Boston on June 2, Hot 97 Summer Jam in New York on June 3, and Hot Jam in Hartford on July 20.
Nicki will also bring back her intimate meet and greets. Fans will have the opportunity to purchase a VIP laminate and lithograph and be the first to enter the venue on the night of the show. During each meet and greet, Minaj will sign autographs and take photos with her Barbz. VIP packages will be available at www.mypinkfriday.com.
Before bringing her tour stateside, the hip-hop diva will tour Europe beginning June 8 in Stockholm, Sweden. Dates for her international shows in the U.K., Japan, and Australia sold out within hours.

“It’s officially done today,” Nicki told KISS FM in the U.K. “We just gotta now turn it in and then the networks will look and see if they have to take anything out. They give me such a hard time with my videos. They really do. … But hopefully Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest.”
